1. Platform Agreement

By registering for or using UIRender, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. UIRender provides developer tools for automated site layout analysis, design extraction, and Next.js / React component generation.

2. Intellectual Property & Fair Usage

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of target website URLs and cloned UI components complies with copyright, trademark, and applicable digital content licensing laws. UIRender does not endorse illegal copying of protected brand assets.

3. Pricing & Billing

Access to the website cloning engine and code export features requires purchasing clone credit packs or an access plan. Purchased credits remain in your account and do not expire.

4. Service Uptime & Limitation of Liability

While UIRender strives for high availability and accurate layout extraction, service output depends on third-party target website availability and DOM complexity. UIRender is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted extraction for all web pages.
